Nathaniel I. Standifer Jr.

Executive Director

Nathaniel I. Standifer Jr. is the founder of Servanthood Ministries. His goal as the  leader, is to educate and demonstrate the love of God through his son Jesus Christ by speaking on relevant topics of interest that provoke growth, change, and stability for a healthier life holistically. As an affiliate of Christ, he has served in missions for the homeless population in surrounding cities of the DFW metroplex. He has also served as a mentor and life coach for elementary students within Arlington ISD as well as special needs high school students. While mentoring at J M Farrell Elementary, under the permission of the superintendent, the district not only approved his curriculum for 6th grade students, it was also copyrighted by the State of Texas. In addition to his service within the community, he has served in partnership with many ministries in Dallas, Fort Worth, Sulphur Springs, and other surrounding cities to bring encouragement to the youth and hope to those in need.

Jessica Alvarez

President

Jessica Alvarez is the Pre-Health Coordinator for the Texas Christian University Pre-Health Professions Institute. Jessica provides information to Pre-Health students regarding institute activities, programs, and managing the clinical observation program. Jessica holds many leadership positions within the College of Science and Engineering such as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion College Advocate. Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from University of Arizona and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Educational Curriculum Studies at Texas Christian University. Prior to coming to TCU, she worked in K-12 Education, Information Technology, and Career and Technical Advising. Her eclectic background has supported her in maintaining professional development, integrity, and enthusiasm in every initiative. Providing encouragement and motivation is an integral part of her personal passion as she mentors students.

Jesse Alvarez

Vice President

Jesse Alvarez was born in Victoria, TX but grew up in Yuma, AZ. Currently he serves as an Auto Adjuster for Allstate Insurance in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Jesse comes from a long line of men in his family who followed careers in the auto body industry. Before entering into insurance, Jesse held the position as an estimator at many surrounding body shops including Service King and Caliber Collision. Along with over 20 years in the auto body industry, Jesse also shares a passion for writing. Jesse has a very keen eye for expressing his creativity through writing short stories. Jesse’s expert ability to network with others by sharing his experiences helps him navigate his career and broaden his professional skills. He enjoys spending time with family and building relationships with those that he meets with his charismatic personality.

William Stinnette

Treasurer

William Stinnette is a Dallas native. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wilmington University. He also served eight years in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Mechanic. He has a desire to help others who are less fortunate and provide support for veterans of the military. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, finding the hottest local eateries, and traveling with his family.

Hattie Stinnette

Secretary

Hattie Jackson Stinnette, MS, BSN, RN hails from Dallas, Texas. She is in her twelfth year of nursing with experience in school and psychiatric nursing. She recently ventured into the world of entrepreneurship as the Baker in Chief of Legacy Sweets Bakery. 

In 2020, she served on the Malayalees for Black Lives Matter panel discussing medical racism. This sparked an interest in continuing education regarding the disparities of black Americans. She also has a passion for mentoring and serving in the community. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, spending quality time with friends, and traveling with her family.

Breanna Standifer

Director of Communications and Human Resources

Breanna Standifer was born and raised in Arlington, TX where she quickly discovered her passion for writing, leadership, and serving. She started volunteering at a very young age, which influenced her desire to serve as a youth advocate for underprivileged youth in Waco, TX . She continued volunteering locally, also serving the homeless and underprivileged community in the DFW area. For five years she served as the President of the Board of Directors for JTC X-Change, a non-profit that focuses on community outreach and youth empowerment. She acquired her Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, and upon completion of her Master's Degree in Human Resource Management in the Spring of 2021, she will continue to use the skills she has acquired to support Servanthood Ministries youth and outreach initiatives. She enjoys serving her family, has a heart for people, and passionately worships God because she understands there is no better feeling than to experience the love of her heavenly father.
